Fluidized Freezer
Fluidized bed freezer is used to freeze small pieces of food, which can range from sliced or diced vegetables, fruits, and berries to meat, poultry, seafood such as small fish or shrimp, and small dairy products or cooked products. The freezer is equipped with a highly efficient and sanitary evaporator, using the latest liquid supply method, with a heat exchange 20% higher than traditional methods. We have two types: semi-fluidized and full-fluidized, which meets different product freezing application.
Spiral Freezer
The low-tension spiral freezer with single drum produced by Square Technology is applicable to individual quick frozen of granulated and small-piece food. However, the large-scale freezing devices of which also apply to individual quick frozen of large-sized frozen food such as the prepared meals, whole chickens, whole fish and so on. The height of infeed and outfeed position is adjustable in the low-tension spiral freezer to match the production lines of customers before and after, and it can also be supplied with matched conveyors.
Plate Freezer
Marine Type
This kind of horizontal plate freezer is especially designed for marine use. Such freezers can be used for freezing different products in trays, pans and boxes, suitable for seafoods, small-packed meat and other foods in blocks.
Vertical Plate Freezer
The vertical plate freezer is suitable for the quick freezing of various block foods, such as fish, shrimp, meat products, pet food, etc. It is widely used in many fields such as seafood processing, offshore fishing, minced meat processing, and pet food freezing processing.
Horizontal Plate Freezer
Such plate freezers can be used for freezing different products in trays, pans and boxes, suitable for seafoods, small-packed meat and other foods in blocks.
Shelf Plate Freezer
The shelf plate freezer produced by Square Technology can quickly freeze many types of products, such as fish and shrimp, shellfish, vegetables, split meat, split poultry, and many small-package frozen foods. The plates are placed horizontally like shelves while the layer spacing is fixed. Products will be put on the shelf plate for freezing. Different from standard horizontal plate freezers, its bigger size can be designed for higher freezing capacity.
Self-Stacking Spiral Freezer
Self stacking spiral freezer is a compact and hygienic freezer design. Compared to the traditional low tension spiral freezer, the self-stacking spiral freezer eliminates the rails supporting the belt, that means up to 50% more freezing output with the same foot print. The conveyors are almost 100% accessible to cleaning thanks to the elimination of the belt rail and drum. The freezer has combined the state-of-the-art clean-in-place (CIP) system. An open, easily cleanable and accessible design optimizes sanitation standards and decreases system downtime for cleaning and maintenance. This feature reduces contamination and extends the life of the equipment by preventing waste buildup and simplifying the cleaning process. All hollow pipes and tubes were eliminated on structural components, and horizontal surfaces are sloped. The drive system operates completely on rolling friction  ;so less lubrication is required than the traditional low tension spiral freezers.
Solid Band Tunnel Freezer
The tunnel freezer is primarily used to freeze flat food products, such as fish fillets, peeled shrimps, squids, dumplings, etc. The tunnel freezer is equipped with a hygienic and highly effective evaporator, which uses the newest liquid supply method, allowing for 20% higher heat exchange efficiency than traditional method.
Mesh Belt Tunnel Freezer
The tunnel freezer is primarily used to freeze flat food products, such as fish fillets, peeled shrimps, squids, dumplings, etc. The tunnel freezer is equipped with a hygienic and highly effective evaporator, which uses the newest liquid supply method, allowing for 20% higher heat exchange efficiency than traditional method.
